Issue description
Each of client, node and driver should have only one place to populate JPPFSystemInformation. System information is now populated in JPPFDriverAdmin and JPPFNodeAdmin - this leads to missing 'jppf.channel.local' key in JPPF section.

Implemented in SVN trunk revision 2548
