Issue description
We propose to have a pluggable ClientEnvironmentProvider and ServerEnvironmentProvider that would provide environment properties to add to or override those passed to JMXConnectorFactory.newJMXConnector() and JMXConnectorServerFactory.newJMXConnectorServer() for the generic JMX remotre connector.
