Issue description
Clients and nodes have the ability to filter the IP addresses from which they receive the server discovery braodcast information. See the related documentation

In the same fashion, it would be very useful to have a comparable functionality in the server, to avoid broadcasting to unwanted network interfaces.

This feature is now implemented, by adding IP filters to the server broadcaster. Documentation was updated accordingly. Changes committed to SVN trunk revision 2452
