Issue description
The configuration property "jppf.reconnect.initial.delay" has a default value of 1, which cause the client or node to wait for 1 second before attempting to connect to a server. Since there are two connections (except for offline nodes), one for the classloader and one for the job data, which are made in sequence, this causes a 2 seconds delay!

As of v5.0.5/v5.1 the default value will be set to 0 from there on. For earlier versions, the property value will have to be set to 0 in the configuration files: "jppf.reconnect.initial.delay = 0".
