We propose to extend the grid topology monitoring API with the ability to build a graph/tree of the jobs being executed, along with which nodes they are dispatched to, and provide notifications of changes in the jobs state. The notifications would correspond to the notifications already provided by the DriverJobManagementMBean interface: JOB_QUEUED, JOB_ENDED, JOB_DISPATCHED, JOB_RETURNED.

The administration console shall use this new API to perform its operations, as already available in the job data view.
