Steps to reproduce this issue
Only saw this once, but the sequence was:
  • start driver
  • start a client
  • dispatch about 30000 tasks to the driver
  • shut down the client
  • start the client again, but before the tasks were submitted...
  • start the admin gui

As I'm unable to reproduce, I've implemented a blind fix, essentially by setting a default UncaughtExceptioHandler, so the exceptions will be logged instead of printed to the output console. Also added information potentially useful for debugging, like naming the Swing components after the path of the corresponding components in the XML descriptors hierarchy (shown in the UI components hierarchy displayed when pressing Ctrl + Shift + F1 on Windows)
