Issue description
In the management guide, we document that a node shutdown or restart can be deferred until the next time it's idle, but we omitted to document that deferred actions can be monitored and even cancelled, even though the API to do so exists and is visible in the Javadoc
Steps to reproduce this issue
Nothing to reproduce, this is a missing documentation section

It turns out this documentation bit was only missing in the public wiki documentation, but not in the .odt / PDF of the distribution. I've added it now. A nice and easy one smileys/2.png
