Issue description
Currently, the only "easy" way to correlate a node and its provisioned slaves is with the IP address/host of the master. This clearly doesn't work if 2 master nodes run on the same machine.

There should be an easy way to retrieve the master node uuid from each slave. For example, we could systematically add a property in each slave's configuration whose value is the uuid of the master: "jppf.master.node.uuid = the_master_uuid".
