Issue description
We propose to document, for each Java package, which JPPF jar file(s) contain classes from this package. This information should be added in each corresponding package-info.java, for example:
/**
 * Support for the JVM health monitoring and diagnostics.
 * <p>Found in: <b>jppf-common.jar</b> 
 */
package org.jppf.management.diagnostics;
