Issue description
When a node is configured with manegement disabled, or its JMX server is unreachable from the server, for instance due to a firewall preventing the connections, the server still tries to reach the JMX server and then add the node to the list of active nodes when the connection is established, which never happens in this scenario
Steps to reproduce this issue
  • start a driver and a node with "jppf.management.enabled = false"
  • submit a job ==> the job is never executed and remains in the server queue.
