Issue description
We propose to add the ability to select which columns are visible in the tree table views of the administration console (topology tree, JVM health, job data views). The following are required:
  • the first column, which renders as a tree, may not be hidden
  • each involved view show provide a "show/hide columns" button
  • when previously hidden columns are restored, a best effort should be made to put them back in their original position
  • the hidden state of the columns shall be persisted (as user preferences) so it can be applied automatically the next time the conosle is started
