Issue description
The style sheet used to generate the javadoc of the samples is severely outdated and produces HTML output with an painful to read layout.

It should be replaced with the stylesheet used to generate the javadoc for the rest of the code: JPPF/bin/stylesheet.css
Steps to reproduce this issue
Generate the javdoc for any sample in the samples pack and look at the results in a browser
