Issue description
When you restart a node to which a job is assigned, it will still show as assigned to that node as well as the new node to which it is resubmitted.

From my initial investigation, it is due to the server not sending a JOB_RETURNED notification upon node disconnectrion.
Steps to reproduce this issue
  • start a driver and node
  • submit a job with long running tasks
  • in the admin console, check that the job is assigned to the node
  • restart the node while it is executing the job
  • ==> the job data view shows the initial job assignment in addition to the new one
