Issue description
There are a number of places in the code and documentation, where we use patterns for specifying IP adress ranges, like the inclusion/exclusion patterns used in the configuration of the clients and drivers (for broadcast and p2p connections to other servers).

We propose to expand the work done in Feature request JPPF-270 - Execution policy for valid subnet bitmask to allow this.
