Issue description
The idea is to allow the JPPF client be (re)configurable from application
  • extend feature request "3300844' - Ability to toggle local execution dynamically"
  • a possibility is to create 'JPPFClientConfigurator' as Fluent interface (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fluent_interface#Java) with default values read from current configuration file to keep compatibility

this feature is now realized by Feature request JPPF-205 - Ability to reset the JPPF client
