Issue description
Since JPPF 4.0 isd dropping support for JDK 1.6, there is no point anymore in having a separate module for the fork/join thread manager. It shoul be move to the "common module" and the sample should be refactored into a full-fledged example in the samples-pack.

The build scripts should be changes as well to take this into accout.
