Issue description
From this forum topic.

When the JPPF distribution is installed on a Linux/Unix OS, the .sh scripts used to launch the drivers, nodes, admin console or samples come without the execute permission. Thus users have to do a chmod +x before being able to execute these scripts. We should be able to provide distribution zips or web installer-based files that have the proper permissions.

Steps to reproduce this issue
Perform an install via one of the downloadable zips or the web installer, and chck the .sh scripts
