Issue description
The current state of the statistic in JPPF is that we have inconsistent and incomplete APIs and feature sets. For instance, we are missing network traffic and class laoding statistics, we have different APIs in nodes, clients and server, if at all, etc.

We need to have a way to easily add and use monitors for all iteresting aspects of a JPPF grid.

One promising library that we could use is JAMon. It appears to be complete, easy to use, lightweight and has a compatible BSD license.
