Issue description
This relates to Feature request JPPF-26 - Enable node management via the driver connection.

The goal is to enable the adminsitration console to perform grid management and monitoring via the driver, to avoid issues with nodes that are reachable from the driver host but not from the console host.

This feature is now implemented. Changes committed to SVN trunk revision 2603
