Issue description
From this forum thread.

The idea is to enable the driver to choose an arbitrary port number when "jppf.server.port = 0". The chosen port is then broadcast to clients, nodes and other servers via the discovery mechanism.

Implemented in SVN trunk revision 2560, including documentation update
